We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
